To the pincodes shown as serviceable in the app. Enter your pincode to check before you order — we would rather tell you up front than cancel afterwards.
When we deliver
Local orders are usually delivered the same day or the next day, depending on when you order and the cut-off time shown for your area. Outstation orders move by transporter and take longer; the app shows an estimate at checkout.
Delivery charges
Shown at checkout before you pay. Orders above the free-delivery amount for your area carry no delivery charge.
Receiving your order
Our delivery executive will confirm the delivery with an OTP sent to your number, so an order is never marked delivered without you. Please check the items before confirming.
If we cannot deliver
If nobody is available, or the address cannot be found, we will contact you and attempt delivery again. After repeated failed attempts the order is returned and refunded.
