These terms govern your use of Mahasagar, operated by BINDAL MEGA PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED, Vill. Aurangabad, Roorkee, Haridwar, Uttarakhand 249402, India.
Your account
You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password. Keep it to yourself — anyone with that OTP can place orders in your name. Tell us at info@mahasagar.com if you think someone else has access.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it in the app. Prices shown at the time you order are the prices you pay. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund that item.
Prices and payment
Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You may pay online or by cash on delivery.
Delivery
We deliver only to serviceable pincodes shown in the app. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Someone must be available at the address to receive the order and confirm it.
Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your conduct
Do not use Mahasagar to defraud, to resell in breach of our agreement, or to abuse our staff or delivery executives. We may suspend an account that does.
Our liability
We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, in good condition. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Haridwar, Uttarakhand have jurisdiction.
